Damaged Goods
All freight and packaging charges include insurance cover to your door.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of
receiving your package.
Upon reporting damage a prepaid courier ticket will be
forwarded to you for the return of the damaged goods, upon receiving damaged
goods, replacement order will be sent to you as soon as possible at no
extra cost to you.
Returns
Incorrect goods sent on our part must be reported to Trinity Glass within
48 hours of receiving goods. Upon reporting incorrect goods being sent
a prepaid courier ticket will be sent to you for the return of goods,
upon Trinity Glass receiving incorrect goods, a replacement order will
be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
If you change your mind in regards to any product or
you have incorrectly ordered, you may at your cost send the goods back
for replacement at equal or greater value, upon receiving the goods in
satisfactory condition, Trinity Glass will calculate the difference and
resend correct items and freight cost incurred will be at your expense.
We have a no cash back refund policy for goods incorrectly
ordered.
